04 / A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER

I watched my parents slow down. Then I noticed it in myself.

I did not set out to start a supplement company.

I am lucky. Both my parents are still alive. But my father is not as strong as the man I grew up watching, and my mother no longer has the energy she used to carry so easily.

It did not happen overnight. A little less strength. A little more tiredness. A slower pace. Then one day you notice that the people who once carried you now need a hand themselves, and you wish you could give some of that strength back.

For a long time I thought of aging as something happening to them. Then I started seeing it in myself. My metabolism had changed. My hair was changing. My energy was no longer something I could count on, and the focus I used to take for granted now took effort.

I was not old. But I was not the same either. And when I looked around, friends in their thirties and forties were quietly telling the same story.

So I asked a question I could not put down. Why do we wait until we feel our age before we start caring about how we age?
