The Undimmed Guarantee

Try UNDIMMED FUEL for 90 days. If you are not satisfied, use our Contact page within 90 days of the delivery of your first order and we will refund the product price of that order in full.

Nothing to send back

You do not need to return the tube or any unused sticks.

What it covers

Your first order of UNDIMMED FUEL bought on UndimmedLabs.com, one claim per household. Express shipping fees, duties and taxes are not refunded.

How refunds are paid

To your original payment method. Any active subscription is canceled at the same time.

Later orders and renewals

These are final once shipped. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime in your account before a renewal, with no fee. We email a reminder three days before each one.

Renewed by mistake?

If a renewal has been charged but not yet shipped, contact us and we will cancel and refund it.

If something arrives wrong

On any order, if it is damaged, defective, incorrect or lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or 30 days of dispatch if it never arrived) with your order number. We will request a photo where relevant. We will replace it at no cost or refund it.

Purchases elsewhere

Orders from Amazon, TikTok Shop or other retailers follow that retailer's return policy.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
